He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Turk and Leslie Turk; and his daughter Jill Diane. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Cathleen Scheithe (Jeff Scheithe), Joel Turk (Judy Turk), Christopher Turk (Tammy Turk) and Kelly Cook (Kevin Cook); his grandchildren, Jessica, Jaclyn, Dan, Diana, Kari, Ryan, David, Ben, Andy and Emma; his great grandchildren, Gia, Evan, Nina, Asher, Taylor, Harper, June, Jack, Zoe, Kobe and Cooper; his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Janet Turk of Newton; and his sister Jeanie Hartley of Houston, Texas..
In lieu of flowers, the Family wishes to extend their gratitude and appreciation for the compassion, service, and love shown by all the caregivers during Jack's final weeks and to all those loved one's still in the fight, by donating to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
