He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lievrouw and Mabel Lievrouw (McGee); his sister Patsy Lievrouw; and his son Frank Lievrouw. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Cassandra Lievrouw, Daniel Lievrouw (Jamie), Jason Lievrouw and Michael Lievrouw (Kristin); his grandchildren, Jake Lievrouw (Bella), James Lievrouw (Aliyah), Collin Lievrouw, Alexa Woeste (Zach), McKenna Lievrouw, Brenden Stanton, Donavan Stanton and Sean Lievrouw; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Lievrouw, Levi Lievrouw and Connor Woeste.

Contributions may be made in Frank's name to the Cancer Center at Delnor Hospital.
