He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Jean Nicodem; and his great grandchild Isaiah Winkler. He is survived by: his wife Johanna K. Bastian; his children, Frank Jr. (Christine), Kathy (John), Jim (Sue) and Debbie (Sean); and his grandchildren, Frank III (Lyndsey), Jennie, Chad (Elissa), Jocelyn (Todd), Jordan, Tyler (Lana), Emily (Adam), Rachel (Jameson), Andrew (Marianne), Jak (Azalia) and Benjamin. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Franks' memory to Christ Community Church's International Impact Bangladesh Partner.
