She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kowalczyk and Louise Kowalczyk (Brandeis); her husband Dr. Alfred Lukasek; her son Robert Lukasek; her sister Florence Saluska; and her son-in-law Floyd Heller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Heller and Loretta Wandrey (Kurt); and her grandchildren, Lindsay Clark (Kaiser), Jason Wandrey (Lauren) and Stacy Wandrey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the garden project at St. John Neumann Church, "The Journey with Jesus Fund" or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
