He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Olson and Louise; his wife Lois Mae Olson; his son Steven Olson; and his siblings, Pauline Olson O'Brien and David Olson.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas Olson (Janet); his children, Michael Olson (Susan), Carol (Jeffery Young) and Susan (Timothy); his daughter-in-law Dawn Olson; his grandchildren, Jennifer Olson Andersen (Chase), Jacqueline Morgenroth (Andrew), Paige Olson, Andrew Olson, Alexandra Falatovics (Jakob), Emily Budden (Nicholas), Taylor Olson, Megan Baker, April Velasquez, Benjamin Baker and David Comperda; and his great grandchildren, Anders, Mariska, Jack, Abigail, Madeline, George, Elliott, Maxwell, Landen and Hazel.
