She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack Ross and Elizabeth Ross; her husband Jim Thorn; her children, Darren Becker (Pam), Michelle Kalas (Scott), Michelle "Mikki" Callahan, Joe Thorn (Jennifer), Kelley Thorn, Ellen Cody (Dan) and David Thorn; her grandchildren, Amy, Ashley, Nathan, Katherine, Logan, Colby, Eli, Darla, Will, Maddy, Caroline and Kilian; and her great grandchild Mackenzie.
