He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William and Lois; his wife Janice Langan; his daughters, Valerie Bradley (Neil) and Dr. Andrea Wolff (Daniel Hull); his grandchildren, Danny and Nicole Bradley; and his sister Nora Rader (Ken).
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, Dave had requested that any contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
