With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Samaan in Saint Charles, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sig Sakowicz and Florence Sakowicz (Przekop). She is survived by: her former husband John Samaan; her children, Daniel Samaan (Jackie), Steven Samaan (Shelley) of Elgin, IL and Cynthia Hagemeyer (Brent) of Sycamore, IL.; and her grandchildren, Lucas, Brooke, Tyler, Zachary, Vanessa Samaan, Teagan and Rylan Hagemeyer.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Chicago Lighthouse https://chicagolighthouse.org.
