She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Rose and Martha Rose; her husband Knute Nyman; her son Jeffrey; her granddaughter Mary Ruth; and her siblings, Bud, Marilyn and Jean.

She is survived by: her children, Lori Purdy (Tim), Christine Leyden, Susan Nyman (John), Julie Sochowski (Tom) and Matthew Nyman (Tori); her grandchildren, Nicholas Purdy (Mary Claire), Jessica Palumbo (Steve), Brad Leyden (Katherine), Connor Purdy (Tina), Melissa Grizely, Emily Leyden, Erin Leyden, Cameron Purdy, Nathan Nyman, Noelle Nyman, Jacob Sochowksi, Kyle Sochowski and Madelyn Nyman; her great grandchildren, Reagan Palumbo, Archie Purdy, Collins Purdy and Anthony Palumbo; and her brother Kenneth Rose.
