She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard and Lorraine. She is survived by: her daughter Carol Mae; her spouse Alex; her children, Susan Burke of Elgin, IL, Karen Martin (Gregory) of Champaign, IL, Peter Westhoff (Nina) of St. Charles, IL, Fred Westhoff (Sarah) of Fisher, IL and Kurt Westhoff (Dawn) of DeKalb, IL; and her sibling Mary Ann Otto of Greenleaf, WI.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Masses for Carol are requested, to be offered at St. Patrick's Parish, St. Charles, IL or donations can be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN in Carol's name.
