She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Bentz and Virginia Bentz. She is survived by: her husband John R. Holmes; her brother Keith Bentz (Twiggy Lam) of San Francisco, CA; her stepchildren, John Holmes of Houston, TX and Mary Frances Cooper of San Diego, CA; her stepgrandsons, Brian Holmes and Brent Holmes; and her grandchild Scarlett Holmes.
