He is survived by: his spouse Kantaben Patel; his children, Manjuben Patel (Baldevbhai), Ramilaben Patel (Girishbhai), Somabhai Patel (Jyotsnaben) and Shaileshkumar Patel (Pushpaben); his grandchildren, Prakash, Jagrutiben, Jignesh, Asha, Ketan, Switi, Maulik, Niesh and Gaurav Patel; his great grandchildren, Anira and Viara Patel; and his siblings, Jamuben and Shardaben.
