He is survived by: his wife Jenny Rebholz; his siblings, Bart (Kim Carbonneau), Leah (David Sheridan), Tiffany Carbonneau (Brian Harper), Amy (Adam Compton), Kristina (Nick Petrocelli) and Ryan Carbonneau; his nieces and nephews, Elijah, Keira, Jackson, Logan, Nicholas (Bear) and Lola; and his pets, Stella and Dexter.
Due to the current pandemic, a memorial service is being planned for a later date.
The family wishes that memorial donations be made to either the Garden Center Services, a multi-program agency serving adults with disabilities, or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes research (links below).
