He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Aylesworth and Dolores Aylesworth (Johnson). He is survived by: his children, David Aylesworth and Amanda Brown (Marcus); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Caleb and Cassidy; and his siblings, Alfred Aylesworth (Laura), Sandy Mosher (James) and Pamela Sweigert (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family wishes for donations to be made directly to the American Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.
