He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Webb and Jane Webb; and his brother David Webb (Patricia). He is survived by: his spouse Madoline; his children, Richard Webb (Jodee) and Sheryl Webb; his granddaughter Amber Webb; and his sisters, Linda Wilson (John) and Jane Wohlwend (Sherrill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
