He was predeceased by: his son Marcus McCabe; his parents, Robert McCabe and Patricia McCabe; and his brother Robert McCabe Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda McCabe (Riha); his children, Lucas McCabe (Jessica) of St. Charles, IL and Caitlin Carroll (Johnny) of Park Ridge, IL.; and his sister Susan Young (Steve) of Edgewater, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
