She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Favale; her parents, Dr. Sidney Meltz and Rose Meltz; her sister Marguerite Vincz; her son-in-law Joseph Sanchez; and her grandchildren, Samantha Sanchez and Blake Favale.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Thomas Favale, Jr., Jennifer Polz (Laddie), Erin Sanchez, Paul Favale, Heather Favale (Stacey) and Elizabeth Guo (Qian); her grandchildren, Thomas III, Nicholas, Caitlyn (Josh), Patrick, Jack, Sydney (La'el), Joseph, Ryan, Galen, Addison and Ethan; her great grandchild Aiden; and her brother Kenneth Meltz. She is also survived by her six children, 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of our Mom (Adrienne K. Favale), and carrying on her generosity, a donation to your favorite charity, in her memory, would be appreciated.
