She was predeceased by: her father Jay Perryman; and her grandparents, Donald, Dorothy Howell, Floyd and Eunis Perryman.
She is survived by: her mother Donna Perryman (Howell) of Galesburg; her husband Vincent Tarochione of St. Augustine; her children, Cheyenne Tarochione of Galesburg and Brandon Myers of Peoria; her sisters, Cheryl Brodrick (Richard) of East Peoria and Tammie DeFord (Brad) of Galesburg; and her grandchildren, Ryker and Isabella Brubaker of Galesburg.
Memorials may be donated to the American Heart Association in honor of Theresa Tarochione.
