It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa I Tarochoine of Saint Augustine, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jay Perryman; and her grandparents, Donald, Dorothy Howell, Floyd and Eunis Perryman.

She is survived by: her mother Donna Perryman (Howell) of Galesburg; her husband Vincent Tarochione of St. Augustine; her children, Cheyenne Tarochione of Galesburg and Brandon Myers of Peoria; her sisters, Cheryl Brodrick (Richard) of East Peoria and Tammie DeFord (Brad) of Galesburg; and her grandchildren, Ryker and Isabella Brubaker of Galesburg.

Memorials may be donated to the American Heart Association in honor of Theresa Tarochione.
