He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis L. Fegan and JoAnn Y. Fegan Sr. (Jacobs); and his siblings, Patrick Fegan and Ann Admire. He is survived by: his siblings, Rodney Fegan (April) of St. Augustine, Roger Fegan (Kerry) of Bluffton and Jane Powell (Davie) of Ellisville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
