With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Kendall of Saint Augustine, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on April 10, 2021 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Kendall to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Lavern and Almeda Meta Kendall (Casteel); his spouse Vergie Cooper; and his sisters, Janet Hyde and Phyllis Monson.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanna Ford (Ross) of Avon, Christina Kendall of Peoria Heights, Kimberly Peterson (Steve) of Shepardsville, KY and Randall Nick Brown (Chrissy) of Memphis, IN; and his siblings, Jenny Wileman of Peoria, Delbert Kendall of Eldridge, MO and Joyce McCarroll of Belleview, IL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Abingdon American Legion Post Honor Guard.
