He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Oyler and Christine Oyler (Downard) of St. Augustine; his wife Vicky; his children, Jeremy Welsh (Stacey) of Bushnell, IL, Bryan Kreps (Betsy) of Bushnell, IL, Jessica Kreps of London Mills and Erik Oyler of St. Augustine; his grandchildren, Brandon, Sean, Deven, Julie Ann, Kent, Bradyn, Bailee, Branson, Bradley and Brenna; his siblings, Laura Holman (Jeff) of Cayuga, IN and Michael Oyler of Victoria, IL; his nephews, Grant, Jonathan and Lance; and his pet Chevy.
