He was predeceased by: his parents, Broer Mollema and Trijntje "Tina" Mollema (Jellema); and his siblings, Jerry Mollema and Jane VanDerVliet. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mollema; his children, David Mollema (Lori) of Kankakee, Jason Mollema (Sara Gordy) of Arnold, MO and Angela Jackson (Erick) of Kankakee; his sister Christina Ineka Shults (Keith); his grandchildren, Jacobus Mollema (Coby), Bascom Jackson, Cadin Mollema, Alynn Jackson and Daniel Mollema; and his stepgrandchildren, Claire Griffin and Tristian Griffin. He is also survived by many in-laws; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
