She was predeceased by: her father Richard Sain; her husband Donald E. Kurzawa; and her grandparents, Arthur, Hazel O'Cull, Woodrow and Edith Sain.
She is survived by: her mother Cynthia O'Cull; her children, Crystal Moody (Chris) of Neveda, Joshua Fodor (Jeanna) and Tyler Fodor (Mary); her aunts and uncles, Thomas O'Cull (Kathy), Wick O'Cull (Susan), Sandra O'Connor (Richard) and Dorothy O'Cull; and her close friends, Bobbie Jean Sellers (Steve) and Dawn Fraham-Dieckman. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
