He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard T. and Virginia Garrison (Morfey); and his spouse Piengthong. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Keller (Kerwin) of Mahomet; his stepchildren, Saensuk Mokaphan and Saengchan Mokaphan; and his sister Virnita Whitt of Monticello. He is also survived by 1 grandchild; 3 great grandchildren.
