He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Benson (Sandy); his children, Kevin Gilliland (Shorty), Tracy Spencer, Candy Scroggins (Cissy) and Holly Gilliland; his grandchildren, Chris Spencer (Kim), Carmen Spencer, Victoria Scroggins (Tori) and Lacy Gilliland; his great grandchildren, Logan, Maggie, Layla, Charli and Jimmy; and his siblings, John Gilliland (Butch), Sandy Rosenbeck and Martha Meade.
