With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beryl Whelchel of Rutland, Illinois, born in Saint Charles, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Beryl Whelchel to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Whelchel and Zella Whelchel (Ottinger); his wife Shirley Yates of Naperville; and his grandson Kevin Whelchel Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Cheryl) of Braceville and Kirk (Lori) of Marseilles; and his grandsons, Matthew, Christopher, Philip and Stephen. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation with social distancing will be held Friday, December 18, 2020 from 9-11 a. m. at the Parkview Baptist Church in Marseilles.
