She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Haber and Ida Haber (Persinger); her husband Willard Phillips; her son-in-law Thomas "Chip" Estep; and her siblings, Mary Dorothy Haber, Josephine Ward and Allen Haber.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Phillips (Luan) of Rushville, Patricia Estep of Springfield, Sandra Wellbrock (Lyle) of Anthony and Diane Clow of Hannibal; her grandchildren, Julie Davis (Tom), Lynde France (Nick), Brianna Wellbrock, Bess Wellbrock, Kim Clow and Katherine Clow; and her great grandchildren, Shelby Davis, Alonna Davis, Landon France, Noah France, Emma of Washington, Quincey of Washington and Adrian of Washington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Culbertson Memorial Hospital Foundation, the First United Methodist Church in Rushville or the Rushville Public Library.
