She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman R. Hetrick and Alice M. Hetrick (Kendrick); her husband Don; and her sister Kathryn Beddingfield. She is survived by: her children, Kirk Hale of Abingdon, Chris Hale (Dee Adcock) of Abingdon and Kathy Johnson (Craig) of Alexis; her siblings, Lila Lidgard of Washington, IL and Robert Hetrick (Mary) of North Pekin; her grandsons, Justin Hale (Mariel) of Monmouth and Jeremy Hale (Patience Haahn) of Abingdon; and her great grandchildren, Steven Haahn, Conor Haahn, Jackson Hale and Lydia Hale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Honor Flight of the Quad Cities.
