He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wayne and Virginia Lee Surratt Leach; and his brother Allan Wayne Leach. He is survived by: his close friend Melanie Vannattan of Rushville, Illinois; his daughters, Danielle Hunter (Ryon Plate) of Adair and Shantelle Hunter of Rushville, Illinois; his siblings, Danny Haven Leach of Palatine, Illinois, Donna Haney of Macomb, Linda Cain (Randy Frakes) of Ripley and Carol Flowers of Rushville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Therron, Kimora, Aundrey, Rysor, Lexi, Gracie and Lindsey; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Beckett.
