She is survived by: her spouse Gerald Eugene Lewis; her children, Connie Newenham (Mike) of Rushville and Robert Eugene Lewis (Janet Kay) of Rushville; her sister Eva Mae Lewis (Sam) of Mt; her grandchildren, Chad, Cory, Casey, Curtis Lewis, Nikki Newenham and Samantha Newenham (Johnathan); her great grandchild McKinlee Kay Lewis; her niece Tammy Lewis; her nephew Mark Lewis; and also Sterling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
