He is survived by: his wife Cheryll Merfen; his children, Gwen Icengole (Eric) of Beardstown and Joshwa Surratt (Susan) of Beardstown; his grandchildren, Megan Icenogle of Beardstown, Mackenzie Icenogle of Garlin, TX, Triston Surratt of Virginia and Stellan Fryer of Rushville; his great grandchild Ivory Jane Stoneking; his stepgrandchildren, Justen Logsdon of Mt. Sterling and Shauni Zapolonik (Zach) of Florida; and his siblings, Tina Luconic of Beardstown, Troy (Julie) of Beardstown and BJ Surratt of Beardstown.
