We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2022, at the age of 82, Robert E. Grider of Rushville, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Emory and Velma Mutch Grider; his wife Elizabeth L. "Betty Lou" Barnes; and his daughter Lori LouEmma Grider. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ayer Morrell (Todd) of LaHarpe, Illinois, Eric Grider of Chebanse, Erin Grider (Leslie) of Hoffman Estates and Chad Grider (Michelle) of Rockton, Illinois; his grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, Brandon, Erika, Shannon, Grant, Connor, Morgan, Seth, Dahlia, Chase and Caleb; his great grandchild Harlee; and his brothers, James Grider (Aida) of Seattle and Larry Grider (Mary Jane) of Auburn.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bob's name to the First Methodist United Church of Rushville or to the American Cancer Society.
