Penny Powell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2023, at the age of 62, Penny Powell of Rushville, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Leverton and Mildred "Mim" Brooks Leverton; her son R. Darren "Big D" Powell; and her nephew Christopher Kloker. She is survived by: her sister Paula Kloker (Robert) of Beardstown; her niece Faith Ann Kloker of Springfield; her great-nephews, Keegan, Drake, Jakob and Beau; her aunt Linda Bebe (Dick) of Monmouth; and her friends, Stephanie Maxwell of Rushville and Col. Jeremie Hester (family: Mike, Nitta Carey) of California.
