He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bell and Edna Bell (Koerver); his son David Wayne; his great grandchild Brianna Lopez; his siblings, Carl, Roy, Lee, Stanley Bell, Vernie Carnet and Faye Donae; and his half-sister Elsie Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Irvine; and his daughters, Wanda Bowman (Tim) of Table Grove, IL and Brenda Cerezo of Puerto Rico.
