He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Jay and Viola Henrietta Page (Graf); his wife Linda Edwards; his grandsons, Tanner and Gabriel Yingling; and his sisters, Sandra Lloyd and Carol Jo Page.
He is survived by: his children, Jody Crook (Jim) of Pleasant View, Lori Brasel (Tracy) of Beardstown, Kim Dowson (Andy) of Pleasant View and Tim Edwards (Mandy) of Rushville; his grandchildren, Branigan Yingling (Chad), Shannon Mayes (Steven), Jonnie Jackson (Myron), Dylan Lotz (Tyson), Jenny Gilham, Tristen Dowson, Quentin Dowson, Dusty Crook (Megan) and Alyssa Jones; and his siblings, Joan Spencer (Bill) of Salisbury and Jim Page of Beardstown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
