She was predeceased by: her parents, William David "Willie" and Elizabeth Prater (Turner); her stepmother Ruth Prater; her children, Karen Gossage, Hannah Slinker and James Mangold, Jr.; her sisters, Wilma Haenitsch and Helen Hendrix; and her stepsiblings, Goldie Irene Hedrick, Bernice, Cletus Hedrick and Clyde Hedrick.
She is survived by: her spouse Rusty Sutton; her sons, Daniel Mangold (Barb) of Frederick and John Mangold (Susan Manker) of Rushville; her stepsons, Brian Sutton (Tammy) of Kentucky, Brent Sutton of Clayton and Jeff Sutton of Missouri; her sister Juanita Akers (Hank) of Industry; her stepbrother Larry Guthrie of Monmouth; and her mother-in-law Juanita Oitker of Quincy. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
