He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Swan and Myrtle Swan (Bell); and his siblings, Albert, Jacob, Wayne, Ronnie, Donnie Swan, Sally Nash and Pearl Hickox.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Thompson; his children, Jack Hulslander III (Charity Ferendzo) of Marissa, Nicole Quinn of Macomb and Amanda Friday (Brian) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Tristan Ferendzo, Erica Taylor, Collin Quinn, Ashleigh Friday, Cameron, Caleb McClintock, Dominic Quinn and Autumn Friday; his brother John Swan (Debbie) of Beardstown; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The wearing of mask and social distancing will be required for the attendance of the service.
