She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Fuqua and Carrie Fuqua (Allen); her husband Lyle E. Grate, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jacob Dupoy and Anastasia Grate; and her sisters, Lillian Ross, Laura Toland, Margie Beghtol and Jeanne Thurman.
She is survived by: her children, David (Georgia) of Rushville, Larry of Rushville, Michael (Susan) of Rushville and Susan Larke (Thomas) of Peoria, Illinois; her grandchildren, Andy Grate (Maggie), Sarah Dupoy, Daniel Grate (Amber), Megan Rupert (Matthew), Emily Taylor (Scott) and Austin Grate (Morgan Lake); and her great grandchildren, Marissa Dupoy, James Dupoy, Rebekah Grate, Josephine Grate, William Taylor, Gretchen Rupert, Lillian Taylor, Greyson Rupert and Lyle Grate. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
