She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Estes and Elizabeth Estes (Illman); her granddaughter Beth Vaughn; and her sisters, Mary Frances Cunningham and Joan Rice.
She is survived by: her husband Eldon Vaughn; her children, Gale Vaughn (Jaci) of Jacksonville, Gary Vaughn (Debbie) of Rushville, Ronald Vaughn (Annette) of Rushville, Donald Vaughn (Angel) of Rushville, Vicki Vaughn of Table Grove and Beth Stambaugh (Neal) of Browning; her grandchildren, Drew Vaughn (Jenny), Brian Vaughn (Lindsay Kasten), Branden Vaughn, Sarah Vaughn, Amy Ward (Terry), Nic Vaughn (Nikita), Jenna Wooldridge (Adam), Ryu Vaughn, Zak Vaughn, Tia Vaughn, Ady Vaughn, Raven Vaughn, Shon Vaughn and Dawson Vaughn; her great grandchildren, Jacqueline, Eduardo, Roberto, Carolina Vaughn, Krista, Austin Vaughn, Christian, Gabbie Ward, Trevor Perry, Amelia Ward, Hadley, Aurora Vaughn and Benji Hynek; her great great grandchild Arya Coulter; and her sister Betty Paisley (Larry) of Rushville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
