He is survived by: his spouse Dawniele Keithley; his daughters, Sarah Maxwell (Justin) of Rushville, Danielle Siegel (Tim Hornung) of Carthage, Taylor Siegel of Rushville and Megan Siegel (Cameron Campbell) of Beardstown; his grandchildren, Myer Maxwell, Charly Maxwell, Brooks "Earl" Maxwell, Maddison Phillips and Fletcher Hornung; his sisters, Deanna "Dee" Snurr (Brad) of Sedalia and Tracy Keithley (James) of Beardstown; his mother-in-law Marcia Briggs of Rushville; his brothers-in-law, Launa Singleton (Dale) of Prairie City, Scott Keithley of Canton and Martin Keithley (Tiffany) of Bushnell; and his pets, Joe, Chewy and Hank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
