He was predeceased by: his father Harold W. "Biz" Miller; his sister Martha Rude; his father-in-law George Eppley; and his brother-in-law Dennis Eppley. He is survived by: his sons, Eric (Krisa) of Burlington, Kevin (Tamara) of Dallas City and Jarrod (Jen) of Cedar Rapids; his wife Suzanne Eppley Donaldson; his stepdaughter Kim Barr (Jon) of Carthage; his grandchildren, David Miller, Ashlyn Miller and Alexis Meierotto (Trevor); his stepgranddaughter Kaila Rowland (Jacob); his sister Sara McGrew (Sam); his sisters-in-law, Sylvia Eppley and Dianne Blythe (Greg); and his mother-in-law Gladys Eppley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
