She was predeceased by: her parents, Kurt Dean and Martha Workman Koepp; her husband Charles Moses; and her brother Jim Sawyer. She is survived by: her sons, Kenny McGinnis (Tracy Shaw) of Astoria, Luke McGinnis (Racheal) of Rushville, Jeff McGinnis of Astoria and Matt McGinnis of Rushville; and her siblings, Bob Koepp of Oak Run, Kurt Koepp of Farmington, Harlan Koepp of Browning, Sharon Koepp of Peoria, Barb Koepp of Rushville and Rhonda Moore of Williamsville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
