He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Vogel and Mabel Vogel (Correll); and his siblings, Victor, Gerald, Norbert, Dennis Vogel, Veronica, Charlotte, Angela and Alice Vogel.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Meeker; his children, Sonya Vogel and Gary Vogel; his stepdaughter Brittany Tracy; and his siblings, Joseph Vogel, Larry Vogel, David Vogel, Florina Finley, Anna Marie Harris, Eugenia Shutts, Joan Kelso, Roberta Guerro and Martha Vogel. He is also survived by three grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren.
