She is survived by: her daughter April Surratt of Henry, Illinois; her pet Baby Girl of Jacksonville, Illinois; her granddaughters, Britney Trone (Michael) of Rushville, Kayla Surratt of Lacon and Samantha Surratt of Galesburg, Illinois; her siblings, Danny Hawk of Beardstown, Illinois and Linda Barajas (Jim) of Henry, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Lola, Joanna, Hudson, Michael, Chase, Grayson and Joseph. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
