She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Manly and Della Moore (Bell); her husband Charles Walter Crook; her son Charles Crook, Jr.; and her sisters, Elizabeth Kirkham and Mary Surratt.
She is survived by: her children, Judy McCurdy of Rushville, Harry "Butch" Crook (Esther) of Mt. Sterling, Michael Crook of Ft. Madison, Roger Crook (Jane) of Frederick, Joyce Kettering (Kerry) of Frederick, John Crook (Rose) of Pleasant View and Jim Crook (Jody) of Pleasant View. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
