He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Foster and Oral Dean Wetherholt Foster; his brother Alvin Gene; and his mother-in-law Marguerite Soltwedel. He is survived by: his wife Merilyn Soltwedel; his child Chicken; his pet Molly; his sisters, Joyce Sparks, Evelyn Colwell and Pamela Foster; and his parents-in-law, Norbert Soltwedel (Linda), Delbert Soltwedel (Beverly) and Patsy Latch (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Covid restrictions will be followed.
