She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Bowers and Vera Bowers (Curtis); and her husband Walter Bruce Basinger. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Laird of Waltonville; her brother Rick Bowers of Mt. Vernon, IN.; her daughter Vicky Sharp; her brother Russell Bowers; and her sister-in-law Vickie Bowers. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
