He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Harold and Arleen Emilie Quirk (Rudolph); and his brother Leland Quirk. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Quirk of Royalton, Susan Leinicke of Royalton and Renee Folmar of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
