She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Weston and Lillian Weston (Poynor); her husband Norman Joe Webb; and her siblings, David, Lloyd, Leonard, Lee, James Weston and Ruth Mezo.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine; her son-in-law Bob Moskoff of Royalton; her sons, Michael Webb of St. Louis and Allen; her daughter-in-law Jill Webb of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Aimee Snavely (Brendan) of St. Louis, Stephen Webb (Heather) of Marion, Bobbi Moskoff of Wichita, KS, Boris Moskoff (Sam) of Herrin and Andrew Elders of Texas; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Lane Webb, Lillian, Clara Snavely, Jackson and Brady Elders.
Due to Governor of Illinois Mandate for Covid-19 restrictions of masks and social distancing are to be observed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Webb are suggest to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House.
