She is survived by: her mother Joyce Elaine Fann (Cowsert) of Benton; her daughters, April Waldron of Herrin and Tiffany Welch of Royalton; her grandsons, Braxton of Herrin and Jackson Walters of Herrin; her husband Brian Welch; her brothers, Tevas Fann (Diane) of Nashville, IL, Richard Fann of Daytona, FL and Kris Fann (Jeanne Jones) of Cleburn, IL; her cousin Lisa Tolbert of Granite City; and her close friend Juanita George of Carterville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
